Venice, FL – April 7, 2026 – Emcee Electronics, Inc. announced today that it has been acquired by Precision Analyzer Company (PAC), a business unit of Indicor. This partnership enhances Emcee’s ability to invest in product innovation and expand support for customers worldwide.

This milestone marks an important step in Emcee’s continued evolution as a provider of water separability and electrical conductivity analyzers for refined fuel testing.

For decades, Emcee has supported laboratories and fuel professionals with reliable instrumentation used in ASTM- regulated fuel certification processes, including jet fuel and diesel testing. By joining PAC, Emcee gains access to expanded technical resources, global distribution infrastructure, and complementary fuel testing technologies.
