We have developed a new test method for the determination of the estimated suitability of B100 (bio diesel) as a blend stock with petroleum diesel ULSD.

Existing tests to predict the adequate performance of the resulting bio diesel blends offer poor accuracy and are time consuming. Our new test offers superior accuracy and only takes about 15 minutes. It uses a newly developed cell for use with the Model 1140 Micro-Separometer.

We will perform final tests on a variety of field samples this year.
