ASTM Meeting 6/22-6/26/2014

Four members of our Emcee team participated in the ASTM semi annual meeting in Indianapolis June 22,2014 through June 26,2014:Dave Corzilius CEO, Dan LeClair production manager, Allan J Barberio general manager, and Ryan Case chief engineer.

All attended numerous Committee D02 (petroleum products, liquid fuels, and lubricants) meetings and additionally Dan served as a presenter.

We were honored to witness the ASTM Eagle Award presentation to our own Chris Papastrat(in absence-retired) for his lifelong service to ASTM standards creation and maintenance.

Emcee hosted a hospitality night June 25,2014 . The event was well attended and enabled us to meet and greet as well as solicit feedback from our customer base.

Emcee's instruments are used in eight of the ASTM Standards: D2624, 4308, 3948, 4860, 7224, 7261, 6426, and 6824 primarily dealing with jet and diesel fuels.

The fuel industry continues to deal with the issues of bio products, additives, ultra low sulfur diesel, lead removal and other challenges in delivering safe fuels to end users.

Emcee will intensify it's research and development in diesel, biodiesels, and jet fuel with additives in response to these industry issues.
